I think I'm going to get the Tool Kit Deluxe. It's a steal for the price after $100 and it has everything I want. I just hope they have some in stock by January 7th. Although they did say that they would accept rain-checks...

Definitely an odd problem. Did you experience the same problem with IE? I have a feeling it might be something along the lines that Niko mentioned. Usually when I experience consistent crashes it has to do with some plugin. I'd bet that Flash may be the culprit here.

At 7mW I'm pretty sure an IR filter is not needed since it's such a low power.

Anything above 5mW can cause permanent eye damage pretty quickly. I'm not sure of the distance that they can cause the damage though. Also most of these cheaper lasers do not have IR filters.

I suppose that's one use for it. LOL. We usually use it to protect the patient from anything all into the back of their throat.

The 150mW O-Like one. DX is known to give out severely underspec lasers. Plus that the Pocket green from O-like is better than the pen style since it more than likely has a focusable lens which means a better ability to burn. :eg:

Well the board should come up to right about your chin or just a bit above it, or so I've been told. All ski resorts should have rentals avaible. It's all usually the same brand of stuff, but how new it is depends on the resort. If you need help choosing your gear the people at the rental shop...
