Ah ok, Have you tried stopping down your aperture alot while increasing the lighting to your object and your iso? If you use a tripod for ultra macros as you should, you will also be able to use a longer exposure to make up for your smaller aperture.

When moving any heavy objects try and straighten your back as much as possible and use your legs instead of your back to lift them up. Ive been moving extremely heavy objects around the house for a week now as we're painting and have not experienced any pain at all :)
