    Im still in doubt about the working current and voltage to get more than 200mW for the U29(I have two of them xD ).

    Did you know some red LD for >250mW for cheap (except the LPC series .I already known dem).

    Im lived in Thailand so If I order the genuien from US .The shipping cost is more that the LD I would like to buy Edit:I had remember that my old LPC 836 is weaker with this diode at same current and voltage .

    Did you ever have LPC840? I have one but died (ESD killed TT). I saw the mitsubishi logo near the connection pins .This is genuine? Also see the photo I attached.

    my hl6388mg just died

    I also just killed my LPC-840 from the too much current .I tried to push up but maybe the ESD damaged the diode (maximum current before I will disconnect the diode is 270mA).
