I don't have these special diodes in stock but I can build the laser on request. If I can find a small ir filter for the green DPSS module then that is possible. It is hard to find such small filter. A green laser based on a direct diode don't have IR. The 520nm is such diode.

The 100mW 532nm that I have now measured 102mW on the LPM and 82mW with an IR filter in front. If you want the brightest laser available now I would say the 300mW 520nm laser from the Osram PLP520-B1 520nm green laserdiode...

The most visible beam is the 532nm laser. The brightness of the green beam is unmatched. However I can only build a 100mW 532nm laser in the 501B host with a green DPSS module.
