Any cheapo 532 pen on ebay will be significantly higher power than the 5mW advertised. Some have come in over 100mW, but around 50-60mW is normal for them.

7W...I remember a few years ago when 3W was insane! Scary powerful. How tight is the fit between the heatsink and host? If there is any play whatsoever I would advise adding a thin layer of thermal paste to ensure better thermal contact.

1) You won't get 200mW out of a 12mm module, and 2) all 12mm modules are exactly the same. Don't waste your money on one labeled "200mW", just get some for 5$ from fasttech.

The zen magnets are the same as buckyballs, same as any other neodymium sphere out there. Whether they get dirty from your hands/the floor/ the whatever isn't the fault of what name is slapped on the box :thinking:
