Do you have a multimeter just to check what the end voltage is after they came off the charger?

If it's not a handheld laser and it is something like a lab module, projector, or gas laser, I thought these weren't restricted anywhere. I wouldn't think you'd have much to worry about anyways? Please correct me if I'm wrong though! :)
