    Sale thread/ Hosts/Heat Sinks/Focus adapters/lasers

Hey sorry for the late reply. Those hosts are beautiful but honestly, even the soldering might be beyond my ability level (:

    Sale thread/ Hosts/Heat Sinks/Focus adapters/lasers

Wow I just came across this thread and your builds are stunning Rich… do you sell the complete laser or just the hosts? I have half a dozen lasers including Sanwu’s but I’ve never built one…

    Looking for yellow laser

I’d love to have this bad boy. Looks like you can vary the power of the different colors to produce yellow https://www.sanwulasers.com/product/rgblaser

    Looking for yellow laser

Yep that’s it! I carry it with an 18350 and man, the beam is gorgeous. You can see the beam in the air from up close even during the day and you can easily see a bright dot on buildings far away that are in full sunlight. the beam expander is awesome. The “spot” becomes more of a horizontal...

    Looking for yellow laser

Ya I’d buy a yellow/gold beam in heartbeat. I have half a dozen blues if I’m looking for raw power

    Sanwu Lasers - Offical thread

Wow that thing is amazing. What kind of 3D printer would be best to print that? I’ve been wanting to get one for years I’m using a Keeppower IMR18350 1200 mAh in my Sanwu Guardian and it works great. I wonder if the same one would work in yours...

    Looking for yellow laser

I’ve been carrying my 1.2 watt green copper Sanwu around. About the size of my thumb with an 18350 if I don’t have the beam expander on the end

    Looking for yellow laser

Did you end up buying a yellow laser? I’d love to get one myself

    Super duper high powered lasers

I’m looking forward to Atom lasers: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atom_laser “ The advantage of atom lasers is that atoms are heavier than electrons or photons, allowing them to carry significantly more energy. An atom laser might deliver several nanograms of atoms at a high fraction of the...

    Super duper high powered lasers

I literally just heard about this too! I wonder why you don’t see handheld pulse lasers that can punch holes through metal, etc. I’d happy buy one that gives 10 high powered shots from a 21700 battery and keep extras

    Sanwu Lasers - Offical thread

Wow that sounds awesome - I think I’ll order the same. I’ve also noticed that the 445 isn’t too impressive visually. I have several Sanwu’s - 1.2 green red guardian with beam expander, a green and a blue pocket, and three 304s with the lightsaber attachments (: I love them all

    For Sale: Osram PLPM4L 450B - 60W+ 450nm Diode Arrays

I know the ones you are referring to - just a red, white, and green beam overlapping to appear white. but white lasers are different. It a coherent beam of photons of different wavelengths, evenly distributed between a minimum and maximum value. Not for sale on eBay (: atom lasers might...

    Looking for yellow laser

Wow nice thanks dude. I’m looking now and they look really well constructed. I also like the safety features… the infrared lasers are interesting. I’ve always been fascinated with the concept but for the life of me I can’t think of something to use one for. I thought once about using one to...

    NUBM31T 95W 455nm

True… although there are any number of tools out there that are legal but dangerous if handled by idiot. You can buy a hunting rifle just about anywhere

    For Sale: Osram PLPM4L 450B - 60W+ 450nm Diode Arrays

Wow… although I know they have white lasers coming too. Not sure how exactly they work - still on the development / lab stage

    Looking for yellow laser

Ha thanks for the warning. I’ll avoid that place Any reputable manufacturers other than Sanwu?

    CO2 or active fiber ?

Ha yeah although 20 or 30 years ago no one would’ve believed that a 7 watt laser could be had for a few hundred $ and carried in your pocket. I have some high powered flashlights that take high drain 21700s… the new Tesla 4680 cell might drive a 500 watt light

    Green Laser Reccomendation

Sanwu has greens up to 1.6 watts. They ship everywhere I think. Be careful!! Wear good safety glasses and don’t point it at the sky, buildings, living things, or anything green/reflective

    For Sale: Osram PLPM4L 450B - 60W+ 450nm Diode Arrays

Sorry if this is off topic but how cool would it be if you could build a LEP flashlight powered by one of these bad boys? I have two Acebeam’s and I think the lasers in them are 7 watts or less
