Just because it doesn't burn skin doesn't mean that it doesn't contain IR. You can have a 100mw green laser but 50mw of ir, and the ir won't burn your skin or paper. Be careful! Here, you can get a REAL 150mw metered pen from laserbtb / skylasers http://laserbtb.com/productshow.asp?id=83
