UPDATE: -Received the unit today, shipping time frame and packaging were excellent. (shipped Sat., on my doorstep Mon.) -The laser has some minor scratches, nothing that wouldn't be considered normal wear, esp. for a 3 year old laser. -The is however NOT up to spec, with a brand new, fully...

Decent as in not noticeably poor, i.e. not a baseball sized dot 20 m away. I'd like to see a pic your laser infinitus, I'm not familiar with the host.

I seem to recall that swim had some "viper" clone looking green pens, similar in appearance to what DL sells, but much cheaper. I missed out on these earlier and would love to get my hands on one ~100 mW.

You probably have the lens in backwards..

@thedude, the "not used" or case pin goes to the V(-) with the groove 2, keep the current <120 mA , had to replace the diode after a couple weeks, couldn't handle the current. Hope this clears it up for others, 120+ mA is not safe IMO.
