    The laser beam apears to be in a smokey room, But the room is not smokey... Also the baloon doesn't apear to be poping in the posisition it is being intersected by the laser

    You can find videos about it on youtube, take apart green laser - YouTube I have done it before without the right tools, it was a pain, but I got it without breaking the laser. I imagine you have a nice workshop, so it should be easy for you :D
