That looks like an internal reflection more-so than mode hopping. The largest dot is your primary beam and all others are likely reflections. If the dots move/multiply with windage adjustments that also strongly suggests internal reflections. As far as true accuracy/zero is concerned, its...
Yup, it is possible to remove. It is only a few threads so if you can get it heated up with a heat gun, it might loosen the glue. I got the lens ring out without damage, its just the front ring that unscrews.
These are threaded and glued in (5 threads on the lens holder) The host is also press fitted together. You will most likely NOT be able to remove the window without damage. I have sucessfully removed the lens window for one of these hosts, by clamping it in a vise and holding it with a large...
Wicked Lasers used to sell an attachment for their Arctic series called: Phosforce. You can search it up on youtube to get an idea what its like. Its a really cool tech :)

I have an Evo and only had that issue "once" Turned out to be bad batteries. If you are using fresh batteries, this is not your issue.
Aside from the batteries, the only other thing I can think that...
Sorry if I missed any important posts. I have very limited time right now so I'm going to try and be quick.
You say that you have a wicked laser that you want to disassemble. You didn't specify which model in OP. Based on a few posts I skimmed, I assume its an Arctic. The reason this is...
