Yep, we had a break in at a loss of about $30K. Thankfully we're fully insured.
It's taking time to get in all the new equipment back again, but it should happen within 2 weeks or so.
We'll be making an announcement on LPF the moment they're up!
Unfortunately that is the case, we try to do orders in the order they are received as much as possible, though with Courier(Fedex) shipments we will try to isolate them and ship them sooner.
I'm the only one answering the phone/greeting customers that walk in. Unfortunately I'm not able to...
I'll post my response to your email here:
We're just a 2 man company at this point, and we're unable to process orders as quickly as Amazon, unfortunately.
My phone doesn't report and missed calls, but if I probably was answering another one at that point.
I'll post what I sent to you in response to your email:
We found out we needed to move towards a higher power design as people were exceeding the 3.7W limitations.
The higher power design required us to machine custom heat-sinks and formulate a completely different thermal coating.
Yes. Postal Service Initiates ePacket Service with Hongkong Post
Note that eBay had a big say in this agreement.
I'm not really familiar with other countries' agreements but seriously, they can ship the cables cheaper international than I can domestic. :wtf:
The next LPM will be a higher...
Funny enough, it was to lower shipment weight for international customers.
1-2 oz = $6.16
2-4 oz = $8.88
5-8 oz = $11.48
9-12 oz = $13.41
13-16 oz = $15.08
This doesn't include insurance and packaging costs.
Compare this to China who can sell a cord to you for $1.5 shipped.... It's not...
