Ok I just got 5 of these hosts in case anybody is watching this thread for ordering this kit...
They were unavailable for a while, and now they are back!

Jay I found a site that says these are in stock and ordered some, I'll let you know if this works. I've tried this a couple of times before only for them to finally refund my PP after they couldn't get their hands on them. We'll see!!

Hi Jay, its been a busy week but I finally got time to assemble both of your little beauties. One in 405nm and the other in 635nm and You Are The Man:thanks:! These are really small compact and well, just plain beautiful man!! Thanks again for such fine products :bowdown:!!

I ordered one of these hosts on Manafont with my other order a while back, because I saw it and it just looked so good.
Now I got it in the mail, and this host is by FAR the sweetest host I have ever put my hands on. It is so very SMALL, WELL-BUILT, and it really does LOOK GOOD.
Compared to my other favorite hosts, which are the Solarforce 18650 hosts, it is almost 2.5 times thinner in diameter. It's a whole different ballpark. One, I can only clip onto my belt, and even then I'll notice it's there, the other is less intrusive than having a pen in my pocket.
Also, by the way, I'm pretty sure it's been updated to a different LED emitter which looks different from the one jayrob has in the pictures of disassembly at the beginning of the thread. Hopefully this didn't make it any more difficult to screw around with.
I can't imagine how incredibly sweet one of these with a 635 in it would be. I'm definitely gonna try to build some waterproof lasers in this beautiful host.
I have spent way too much on lasers recently, however. It is time for me to get a job so I can continue the addiction.
