Hey everyone Ive been on this site alot before just reading, I figured I might as well make an account now. I just ordered my first high power laser.

The only other lasers Ive ever owned were just those small 5mW lasers that use those little watch batteries, So Im guessing this will be a pretty big deference? I hope. haha. I have a question now about batteries... The site says the laser will include a 3.7V CR123A battery..

I ordered this the other day..2 RCR123A 3.0V 750mAh Rechargeable LiFePO4 Li-Ion Batteries with AC/DC Smart Charger
and It didnt dawn on me until now but those are 3.0V batteries.. Can I still use these? Will the laser not be as bright since these are slightly less voltage?

It may not be as bright but should be ok, these are the batteries I use and the charger Kit: 2 x RCR123A 3.6V 880mah Ultrafire Protected Li-Ion Batteries & TL-100 Universal Li-Ion Charger 16340

Be sure to get some laser safety glasses for your green laser to protect your eyes.

i dont know if theres a size difference though
and btw you need glasses to if your going to use it inside

Hmmmm maybe I should have got those then. oops. Im not sure where But I remember reading on here somewhere someone was comparing batteries and said those Tenergy ones i got were the best. But I dont see how that can be since they are lowest voltage.

And about the glasses.. I thought I had some around here but I cant find them. Anyone know of some cheap ones I could get for this laser im getting?

Yes, I have a 700mw 445nm and they work great.
