Questions about laser retailers.

1) Does anyone know where exactly I enter a coupon code on Wicked Lasers? I went through the whole checkout process except for finally hitting the Pay button, and didn't see a single blank marked "Coupon Code". I'm not trying to use one for the Arctic, so I'm not sure why I can't enter one.

2) Are any of the lasers on DealExtreme actually any good? $20-40 for 50mW+ lasers seems WAY too good to be true. Are they cheap flimsy plastic? Low battery life? Low power? Do they go bad quickly? I can't imagine how a 100W Green or Violet laser could be $40 unless it's just a huge piece of crap.

3) Is the "Spyder III Expanded Lens Kit" on WL compatible with the new Arctic? I know it's technically considered a Spyder III, but I'm not sure if you could use one of these lenses with either the hardware or the beam.

4) There's a "Wicked Cap Set" on WL that apparently turns a powerful non-burning laser into a very powerful burning laser. If I put this on a laser that already burns - say the 100W red Pulsar Pro - will it actually have any effect, or will it be ineffective because the Pulsar is already a burning laser?

5) DealExtreme says that they won't ship any lasers with a power higher than 5mW to the United States. Is there any good way to get the higher powered lasers from DX if you live in the US?

4=Yes, it will focus it to a smaller dot and burn better, however for alot less money you could buy a 300mW handmade laser with a focusing lens from some of the builders on our forum...

Where might I find someone selling one? Any particular builder you know of who builds especially durable, reliable ones?

And are referrals working on WL right now? 5% off for ordering from someone's referral link?

I still think the referals are working, use the link on the first page of the arctic thread, but not positive.

Check the Buy/sell/trade section for good deals on lasers, both from companies and builders.
