I can do you an 8X for $115, shipped.
I have some left over 8X sleds I am letting go for less than I paid for them.
A 12X will cost you ~$200 for the burner to harvest the diode from.

I'll likely be getting one of these drives in the middle of this month, finances allowing. I'll try to remember the pictures if it happens. I need more aixiz modules and to order some drivers before I need another diode though. I already have a few 658's that need homes after all, and 4x 445's on the way.
