I need to get hold of a couple unprotected 18650's and a charger for them.

I'd prefer to deal with someone in the U.S. (otherwise I'd go to DX or KD).

White, just let me know what you're looking for and I'll hook you up with the Cells. I just sold 18 Samsung cells to Flamin for $30 shipped, so I can hook you up big time if you only need a few.
 
I have a charger and two unprotected 3.7v 2400mah 18650 batteries I will ship to you for a total of 20.00 the charger and batteries are new. The batteries are still in the shrink rap. pm me if you want.
