Which laser of the two should i go for?

The 1st one has a 300 second duty cycle while the 2nd has 90. They both have IR filters. the 1st one comes with a suitcase, the second one does not, but has 50mW more power.

Overall the 1st one is a fancier package comes with a case and has a much longer duty cycle. but the 2nd has 50 more mW's of power.

What should i go for?

50mW won't give you any difference in visibility but a slight difference in burning. I would go for the first one. You will find the case extremely handy if you want to transport it.

The 1st one also looks like a higher quality laser to me. But i hear Rayfoss is Rayfoss, you will get quality either way.

That's like saying Harley Davidson is Harley Davidson. Yes you get quality either way, but specifications do vary from one model to the next.
