A laserbee.

Hey Lemonwonder....
I didn't get a response on your other Thread....

What is the Serial Number on your Laserbee I...
It will be on the rear of the Thermopile Sensor...
I would like to confirm that the calibration factor has not changed...
You can PM me the S/N if you prefer...

I must say I'm a bit impressed about some of your posts.

If the product you're buying is ILLEGAL in your country it's your own decision to buy it or not, the stuff is legal in Hong Kong. Why the hell do you assume they are responsible for your looses? They just send the products, if the FDA confiscates it, try again or migrate lol

If a seller knows it's illegal to ship something somewhere, they are not supposed to offer it for sale in that area. Take the US for example. In the state of Colorado, it's very easy to obtain a pellet gun. Some places even have online websites in which a person can purchase one. However where I live over here in NY, they are illegal. Because they are illegal here, the seller could get in to a heap of trouble for shipping them here.

Yup, I know how does that work, but still, it's YOU as USA citizen who must enforce USA rules and not buy illegal products. If then someone outside USA sells something worldwide it's your problem if your country customs take it.

The fact that some sellers offer a refund if that happen doesn't force them all to do so!

No man....that's not how it works.

I'm not responsible for enforcing the rules, the seller is. That's why we don't sell our lasers we build here. We'll get in trouble for distributing when shit hits the fan, not the buyer.

Bottom line is, illegal products shouldn't be available to us in the first place. Yeah sure it's perfectly legal in Hong Kong, but think about it...DX is also in Hong Kong, and they clearly state that due to strict FDA regulations, they no longer ship over 5mW to the states.

Both the sender and the receiver are guilty of smuggling, NOT just the receiver.

Which the law decides to prosecute is dependent on many factors. However, here the focus is in interdiction (going after the supplier) more than going after a single individual. If they can successfully prosecute the supplier, they automatically stop many more individuals from breaking the law. It is a simple cost/benefit scenario.

Peace,
dave

Anyway, we're not talking about laws at all, it's about the moral. The seller stated that he wasn't gonna refund any looses due to local customs confiscations and he got blamed for it. If you buy illegal products, you know what your risks are. As far as I know the foreigner seller is not even forced to know the laws outside their own country.

Why? O-Like offers power output guarantee and customer service, and no BS.

Plus, his "output certification" was simply him reporting whatever O-Like said it was.

Or he was just BS'ing because knows that most people don't have an LPM to check what he said.

Lemon sounded like Tyler in ways. Not saying he was Tyler, but it seems the hype tactics are very similar. I learned something here. I can always spot the BS in real life, but never quite saw in detail how it worked on the internet.

Lasersbee, it is Susies laserbee.

As Susie explained, there were misunderstandings, call them BS if you want, BeamCheap is not closing just because some people have a negative attitude.

I thought you said you tested them. and when a member asked you what you had to test them you said Laserbee like it was yours.
