200 Mw red laser from laserlands, Not working?

I just bought a 200 mW red laser from laser lands.

I opened it up, it did not come with batts. So i put in my own, after that.

Nothing?
I put the batteries in right, and even recharged just to make sure, but no power?
Can some one please help me fix it?

I even tried contacting them, but no reply.

Contact the Seller first....
then send it back... you shouldn't need to be stuck with a defective
product... Just make sure the batteries ARE fully charged and
the batteries ARE installed in the right direction..

you could have fried it if you put the batteries in the wrong way and tried to turn it on

It's the same, but Cr123 (The one i'm using)
Are not rechargeable.
But they never worked when I put them in for the first time, does the non recharableness (Not a word?)
Effect the laser?

Dnl747:Positive to tail cap?

Putting in the batteries that way would mean case positive.
Most 660nm are case negitive.
+ end of batteries go in toward diode.
A lot of 660nm (red) don't have reverse polarity protection.
You might have fried it.:cryyy:
Either battery (primary/cr123 or rechargeable/Rcr123) should work.
