i just finish my dorcy jr and its asewome.it can easily light matches pop ballons,cut electrical tape and many more!video coming soon maybe tomorrow.sorry for the bad pictures is from my mobile.

Nice build, my first build (and now my only laser since I sold my 30mw green) was a Dorcy Jr flashlight build. I am currently working on an 'Autozone' build using a UV testlight as the host. I just have to get my broken driver back to drlava so I can complete it. But anyways, nice build!!! Is it a PHR or one of the blu-ray burner (4x/6x/8x) diodes?
 
99% sure that diode is a PHR-803T. How much current are you running through the diode? The build looks really good! Are you getting ready for a 6x or 8x yet? You can get a 6x sled pretty cheap from Glenn (scopeguy20) his deadline for the most current group buy is tomorrow. You still have some time to get in on it if you want.

how much scopeguy20 sell the 6x sleds?what is the max output?

Glenn has the 6x sleds for $61 at the moment. I am not sure of their maximum output but I have mine set to 196mA (250mW w/ 405-G-1 lens approx~). Typically members run them from 175mA to 210mA.

I had a GGW 6X for a short time (before I shorted the flexdrive) and ran it at 220ma. Output was right at 220mw without a lens (not a very efficient diode). Right now I am running a AW210 at 230ma and getting 260mw through an LSP Blu-ray lens. It puts out over 300mw without a lens. I am saving for a 405-G-1 lens right now.
 
I just ordered a GGW as well. But I keep hearing about people getting SF-AW210 diodes and running them higher than the GGW. So I didn't know which to get, but I went with a GGW anyway. I'm also saving up for a 405-g-1
