Yes, it is legal for Trump to protect America by blowing up drug boats in transit ( SEE ABOVE ) and it is about stopping illegal drugs and preventing American deaths from illegal fentanyl.

President Donald Trump and his co-defendants have had their Georgia election interference case dismissed after state prosecutors decided to end the long-running legal proceedings.

Trump allies had claimed the charges were politically driven, which they most certainly were, just like so much political lawfare that's been perpetrated against President Trump in order to interfere with his reelection.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee granted special prosecutor Peter Skandalakis’s motion, ending all charges.
 
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg on Wednesday ordered two Jan. 6 defendants pardoned by President Donald Trump to be refunded in full for restitution payments made and fines incurred as part of their earlier criminal cases — a reversal from just months earlier, when the same judge rejected their bid for repayment.

Boasberg used a memo order Wednesday to outline the fairly complex case history for Cynthia Ballenger and her husband, Christopher Price, both of whom had been tried and convicted on misdemeanor charges in connection with the events of Jan. 6, 2021, and ordered to pay hundreds of dollars in assessment fees and restitution.

Boasberg's order effectively clears the way for the government to refund them both in full.

“President Trump is returning CAFE standards to levels that can actually be met with conventional gasoline and diesel vehicles. The Biden Administration standards imposed unrealistic fuel economy targets that effectively resulted in an electric vehicle (EV) mandate,” according to a White House fact sheet on the new Corporate Average Fuel Economy standards.

Not in international waters!!! He is not the king of the world! "ARTICLE II, SECTION 3" is meaningless outside of our borders!! How do you not get that??? He is not the Commander in Chief of the world, only within our borders!!! Boats in international waters, regardless of what the have on board, are not a threat to America's national security! and claiming that is bull shit and everybody knows it!

  • UN Security Council Authorization: Actions can be taken if authorized by the UN Security Council.
  • Multilateral Agreements: Operations can occur within the framework of previously agreed-upon multilateral operations or bilateral "shiprider agreements" with the flag state of the vessel, which still require adherence to due process.
You can't kill people in international waters, that's called MURDER!!!

If he kills them in American waters, that would be a different story, BUT HE'S NOT!

Oh, great, he's going to let cars go back to dumping poison into the air, no doubt that will make some huge corporations very happy...

Working hard to do as much damage to America as he can in the short 3 years he has left...

Have you ever driven an EV? They are superior to gas cars in every way but the price they cost to buy (in time that will come way down), range (that will only keep getting better), and the time it takes to "fill" them on the open road (that will keep dropping as well)...

Trump doesn't always choose his words carefully, actually he often assumes that people understand the context in which he is speaking, this makes it too easy for Trump haters to promote a false racial narrative.

Americans shouldn't be forced to buy electric cars that will give government total control over their mobility, also modern IC cars are very clean, and the electric cars cause as much pollution in their manufacturing, especially their batteries.

The Trump administration has told lawmakers that the US is engaged in “armed conflict” against drug cartels that the president has designated as “terrorist organizations.”

But the White House is insisting that Trump’s military actions in international waters are not constrained by the War Powers Resolution, claiming the operations “do not rise to the level of ‘hostilities’” because the administration says American troops are not likely to be put in danger.

Brian Finucane, a former legal adviser at the State Department who now works at the International Crisis Group, observed Monday that the Trump administration’s narrow definition of hostilities echoes “arguments made by the Obama administration in 2011 with respect to Obamas military assault in Libya.” which Obama did without consulting congress.

This is the Presidents prerogative, it's Trumps decision and he has the authority to make it.
