Paxton sues ‘radical activist organization’ for registering illegal immigrants to vote in Texas​

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit on Monday against the Jolt Initiative after an investigation from his office found that the nonprofit organization handed out instructions on how to register to vote to noncitizens outside of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.

"The left constantly tries to cheat and rig elections because they know they can’t win honestly. Any organization attempting to register illegals, who are all criminals, must be completely crushed and shut down immediately," Paxton wrote in a press briefing Monday morning.

"JOLT is a radical, partisan operation that has, and continues to, knowingly attempt to corrupt our voter rolls and weaken the voice of lawful Texas voters. I will make sure they face the full force of the law," Paxton added.

According to Paxton, the instructions provided by the organization directly violated provisions of the Texas Election Code, which states that "voter registration agencies should only provide voter registration applications to United States citizens."

As reflected in the investigation's findings, the organization spearheaded the illegal immigration voter registration effort with the Volunteer Deputy Registrar to solicit illegal immigrants to submit fraudulent voter registration applications, which it could later use to register illegal immigrants to vote despite them lacking the proper documentation.

Clinton did only take two trips. One was to Europe, and the other was to Africa. There were several flights, but only two trips. Trump, on the other hand, took many trips with Epstein.

Everything you say is pure speculative propaganda, Trump has been convicted of nothing Epstein and even if somehow Trump ever stopped being President before the end of his term, President J.D. Vance would be freaking AWESOME!

There are very few undocumented migrants who vote in any election. When they do, they are caught. Trump and his supporters are the liars, as they are trying to gain advantage by gerrymandering all over the place. It's great that a Trump appointed judge ruled that Texas's gerrymandering is Unconstitutional. Yep. He was one of two.

Illegal invaders are voting and being counted for apportionment, they will be deported.

Everyone is counted during the census. It has always been that way and will always be so. You may not like it, but that's just too bad. You can try to deport the undocumented, but it won't go well. There are MANY who are working to protect them. So tough shit! Hundreds got sent home in Portland.

They are being deported, and the deportations will continue, we will stop democrat cheating as well.
