A UBC would require universal registration in order to have a chance at being effective and when you have to account for your items to someone else, they are no longer yours, you are only being allowed to hold said items, for the moment or until you are ordered to surrender them, point blank: Registration is confiscation and a UBC scheme requires registration.

That is nonsense. If you use a car, a boat, or own a house you have to register them. UBCs would be effective going forward without anyone needing to register any that they owned prior. No God gave you the right to own a gun. This is just a scare tactic.

I do not have to ask permission from government to buy a car, a boat or a gun, owning a gun is a right, not a privilege, you want to turn my right into a privilege and take that right away from me.

Note: We do have to pay property tax on real estate, forever or it will be taken away if we don't pay, this is a perfect example why we will never register our guns which we have a Constitutional right to keep and bear.
