Oh, just like all the other plagues and pandemics throughout history, BEFORE THERE WAS EVEN ANYTHING LIKE A "LAB", but this most recent one, according to maga nut's must have "CAME FROM A LAB", and they only care because it made trump look horribly BAD through his gross incompetence in handling it...

Trump likes nuclear power and so do I, we are building new nuclear power plants because they are just better, more cost effective and reliable.

We need ALL IN solutions!!! one over another ISN'T GOING TO CUT IT!!! We need all of it! so cutting one of the big ones when we need them all just because you have some weird hangup over it is just NUT'S! and you people who go along with his lunacy are worse than he is because you should know better but choose not to know any better...

You know what's hilarious? The Court of Appeals ruled Trump's tariffs illegal. And, that was seven to four, so not even close. That will likely stand and Trump will have to reimburse all the companies that paid his illegal tax.

Wind doesn't always blow, sun doesn't shine at night, we can't power the nation on wind and solar alone unless we built way more than needed under perfect conditions and built mass storage, which would be very expensive and need more maintenance.

My power bill in the summer and winter months is hundreds of dollars a month, if we had all wind/solar only, my bill could be a grand a month, screw that. Nuclear is the most cost effective.

Where did I ever say wind and solar only??? You know you do that sort of strawman all the time, You take something I didn't say and run with it...

AGAIN I said we NEED IT ALL!!! We need a all in solution, it all has a part to play! Everything can't be powered by nuclear alone, with the way it's done now, we DON'T have an answer for nuclear waste yet, and a HUGE amount of it is piling up, with the only answer we have is to bury it for 50,000 years and hope nothing goes wrong in all that deep time! That's unsatisfactory and unsustainable, Nuclear needs a big update...

Trump didn't tear down every windmill and cancel all windmill construction, Trump is looking for a better balance.

That said you are wrong, Yes everything can in fact be powered by nuclear alone.

Nuclear waste can be recycled, purified and new reactors will be cleaner.

More than 10% of the country is now supplied by wind power. This is even higher in states like Texas that get 20%.
