The courts are a coequal branch of government. It is their job to rule on the Constitutionality of Trump's actions.

Yep. They are also tasked with holding the president to account. RFK Jr has also been talking about the bird flu. The President is 1/3 of our government and has wide latitude, so if a single district judge issues a ruling and the SCOTUS upholds it, then the President should accept the ruling as modified by the SCOTUS, but any single district judge can not set federal policy, that's beyond the scope of their authority.

District court judges also lack the authority to force compliance of the Executive branch or issue/enforce warrants against the same.
