I said just community centers would be more appropriate, then people from the community who care, be they members of any religion or not, can volunteer to guide the kids and keep things peaceful, serve after school snacks, play games that challenge kids to think like chess, spelling games and even dole out small prizes, you know, community center stuff to help kids along the path to a productive happy life.

If you listen to people in working black communities, this is what they want and they don't like to see money spent on illegal immigrants.
Is that racism? I don't think so.

No, Black communities don't want the military on their streets.
 
Actually, they do, because blue city Mayors have failed to address the crime (spare me your bullshit stats, we know they are inaccurate) and illegal immigrants.
I know you want the illegal immigrant to stay, because you know they impact apportionment, and some do vote.

Fact is, Trump won and elections have consequences, so now is your chance to think about how republican and democrat voters can find common ground, maybe let go of some of your extremist views and liberal utopia pipedreams, and think about a bipartisan plan that can actually do some good...... but you won't, which is good actually, because the more extreme democrats become, the less you will win elections. ;)

No they don't. Especially in DC which is majority Black. The politicians who stand up to Trump's authoritarianism are doing fine. But, Republicans everywhere else aren't. The few who hold town halls have been heckled by their constituents.
 
Trump is doing the job he was elected to do, good luck attempting to stop him or discredit his efforts, the voters will show their approval or lack there of..... that said, DC pretty much votes democrat, so tough shit if they don't like it, Trump will do what's needed and then some.

Voters in other States will appreciate Trumps efforts to clean up D.C. and you liberals will do your best to spin it into something bad, it's all you have as the democrat party is nothing but a party of grievances at this point, but everyone pretty much knows it, so cry, cry, cry me a river, then cry some more, because Trump will deliver.

The SCOTUS ruled in their decision to allow Trump to fire some people in government that the Federal Reserve is different. They called it a quasi-goverment agency outside the rules that allow Trump to fire people. They made a point of saying this in their opinion. Tomorrow is the first day of Cook's suit. Anyone believe Trump will win this one?
 
With RFK Jr's firing of everyone on the vaccine board and replacing them with vaccine skeptics, even physicians are not going to the CDC for information. Instead they are going to Academies like the AAP and the AAFP for information. What a disaster Trump has made of everything!
 
In my own state of Washington, Trump has made fighting the fires in the north of the state a problem. He is trying to go after people there claiming that some may be undocumented. This has made fighting these fires difficult.
