Don't count on it. That district judge has exceeded their authority, the SCOTUS will have to say the same before it happens.

I wouldn't count on SCOTUS ruling for Trump. That happens far less than he expects.

Not really, especially on matters of firing people, the SCOTUS as already sided with Trump on other departmental firings.
Trump should be cute about it and say..... ok they are all rehired...... and now they are fired again.

So, trying to get a bill passed that won't let something happen that already isn't happening is getting things done?

I guess it could be called the Big BS Bill?

I remember a time when Republicans used to be strongly against adding needless new laws to the book?

What's next up for the next bill? A law that makes it mandatory for water to be wet?

Even the House only passed it by one vote. The Senate will need 60. Or, in other terms, you'll need at least twenty more votes than those who vote against it.
