Have you tried adjusting the focus by turning the end of the laser? (make sure you are wearing safety goggles while doing this)

Tom, where did you buy it if I may ask?
Some Thors or alot of the early versions came with a plastic lens that melted. It doesn't quite look like a melted lens "yet" and looks more like a heat fracture but at only 1W to 1.5W of power I kinda doubt it. Then again it could be a scratched lens from the start that grew.
Try some 99% alcohol and a pure cotton Q tip lightly.
They do sell replacement lenses but if it looks like its made of plastic do not turn on the laser any more as it will melt more and be harder to take out.

Be clearer, what do you mean "the beam was no longer the same as before"?
Maybe you will have moved the ring of focus with a bump or maybe you had it placed somewhere?
Try to collimate it again as you did the first time!

Do you mean Laserpointerstore maby?
They claim they only sell glass lensed Thors but the owner has been known to lie. Either way tell us how it works out:)

I have a 1.6 watt dual power 445nm laser from laserpointerstore.com which I received to review for the cost of shipping it to me prior to their release to the public. Mine works fine and was fairly well built, using two 26650 batteries. Diachi also got one and we both have review threads on them if you are interested.
