I sent the money, so should be coming to me. I used my APO, AE 09316 registered PPal address, so he shouldn't have any issues with worrying about sending to a non-registered address, it is.

Only thing I worry about is whether someone has hacked into an inactive veterans account and list something for sale, so I always use PPAL for goods and services, paying the difference to them for the percentage they take. Then I ask for tracking and insurance so they are covered too.

Even if that were the case and you get scammed
(absolutely not saying this is the case) by using
PayPal you protect yourself.
It would be up to the Seller to provide Tracking to
protect himself.

I could use a power meter for my little IR diodes I just bought at 780 nm, having the extra volt meter digits I can get using a good volt meter will be nice to have. I still want to buy that little instant measuring LPM you sell, but that will have to wait a bit longer now.
