We might only be accepting it as digital now, as that is what we know. Their might be a new era, that sheds light on the true 'computation' strategy. Not so long ago, we didn't have a qubits and believed that bits were the only encoding structure. Quantum mechanics has taught us so much about the universe, yet this is still only a phase of science in the long run. I have attached an image of mine, showing how I believe it isn't possible (or at least a rarity) for two 4D planes to interact with each other without being in phase.

An out of phase condition is the likely the way we could have superimposed realities, I think. Yes, science is entering a new era, more and more of this "bunk" is becoming accepted as more than science fiction, all in all, I tend to agree, our reality is computed from other, but why? If it isn't purely natural and how things work, I can think of a reason, experimentation and it allows those in the other to play God. There might another reason, if a simulation could be run inside of a different time pocket, so to speak, perhaps a lot of research could be done in a short amount of time, to "other" and we coming up with lots of cool ideas and or inventions they couldn't come up with on their own. I don't mean just we as human beings in our state of technology which surely would be far inferior, but other advanced races out in the universe somewhere far ahead of us. Who knows, maybe WE made this reality and this is where we go to have fun, living complete lives in here.

Ha, that last section got me existential. I see it more like: Humans were created by aliens, you were created by more aliens who in turn were part of the creation of the multiverse by even more advanced aliens. :crackup:

The 'time pocket' idea is something though. Time within the fourth dimension is perspective based. One civilisation could be moving in time faster than another simply due to gravitational effects.
 
From a lot of reading, I found it appears about 400,000 years ago there was un inexplicable change to our DNA, looking at the way the change was made, there is evidence of some very sophisticated gene splicing.
 
I'm glad you brought that up. It might of been a intended as a joke, but it had foundation. Humans have 23 Chromosome pairs, yet our 'ancestors' have 24. :thinking:
The 2nd and 3rd pair have been joined for compatibility?
 
Nope, not a joke from me, the article I read on this was a serious report, I think it was Crick, one of the two men who received a nobel prize for figuring out DNA, who wrote about this and stated there was no way it could happen in nature, someone did it. You are right, we have one less because one was joined with another for compatibility.

Sorry I meant my comment. No I believe this to the point I think it is almost logical. There is a lot in this topic, I am interested in. Too much to say in some areas.
I personally feel that we are slaves. Our intelligence is reduced, but in a very careful and exact way. We are intelligent enough to think for ourselves, but most are too dumb to question our inferiority. I believe this is what our own government are doing. Another issue ;) What is also interesting is the disappearance of Neanderthal's. It wasn't a mass extinction. They phased out. Hybridisation occured. I have Asperger's, and there has been research into autism and various other hereditary conditions stemming from Neanderthals. Outward thinking is frowned upon and is something people with autism and similar conditions are good at. If we can see outside of their bubble, then they can not control us so easily. I have reason to believe this based on the fact that London Sperm Bank bans people like me from donating. If humans limit our conscience involvement, there is no reason to doubt it has been done already.

I believe this may be what happened, but human beings trying to limit the intelligence of the race seems stupid (edit: for us to do), but you are right, those who question things are shunned.

It may not be true about the intelligence limiting, but it definitely seems that way :D If people were fully aware, we would question things a lot more. This would prove to be a problem, as free thinking individuals are very hard to control. They would simply question it.
 
Well, I hope there will always be those among us who will question any authority and make them run for the hills when they go too far.

There will always be a universe with questioning people, whilst we are in the multiverse. Whether they like it or not. ;)

Regarding my earlier post, I do however think it is possible we might eventually end up creating a sub-race within humanity to use as slaves. Maybe not for awhile, but once we really get going with genetics and start creating all kinds of life, I am sure this will be considered and unless we find doing so too unethical, we will, guaranteed. The way ethics are going these days in big government, I think we could spiral down in ethics while spiraling up in technology too.
 
Remember that Hitler already tried this to a point with eugenics. Not exactly the same thing I know, but it shows we have it in us to do so. He believed the Nordic race to be superior and kept a few that weren't Nordic alive to be enslaved. Where he created a 'superior' race, it wouldn't be difficult to master up a 'inferior' species.

I have heard about our gene's being spliced and there is near to zero chance that it happened naturally. I've also read that it could have happened 6 million years ago naturally as the telomere in the center is not what "should" appear if it was spliced by an intelligent being.

I read quite a lot of crazy stuff and watch quite a lot of crazy stuff, mostly for entertainment... but what if.

Might not be someone gene spliced 400K years ago, no way to know, but I found the article compelling, truthful or not. If nothing else, these ideas are interesting to me, even if false. These are just ideas, a conversation about the possibilities. Obviously, I am unable to vouch for their veracity, I know of more than one forum member who will vouch they are crazy, perhaps such discussions should be kept in private.
