Just ordered a 1W 501B from sci-fi!

Just because a seller's English isn't very good doesn't make them bad, it just makes communication harder. Of course there is an element where asking for something in particular can become frustrating but simply explaining it to them carefully should get your point across.

I think same like you. Scifi is good in english but as far as eitan does not ship they are not good. Maybe laserbtb s english is not ok but they can send quality lasers.
I asked if fhey are sending batteries charger or googles. The answer is this :

I hear good things about laserBTB, but I've never bought anything from them. Personally, I think their lasers look ugly, what with the interlock, the LED, and all that.

I'm actually going to be buying a 520nm laser soon(as its more of a real green then 532nm) and am probably going to get a 50mW HL laser from laserbtb!

Of course . By now laserbtb seem to have more pros than sanwu, to me. It has 4 min working and 20sec cooldown. Which is a great dutycycle ratio i think

Sometimes i think of getting weird and different color lasers with less power just for the playful arrange of colors. And a low powered burning laser like 800mw for example. Is it fun to operate 2 laser at the same time do you have any idea? What happens when we aim 2different colored lasersat the same dot?

Using 2 lasers is just like using 1, except you have 2 dots flying around lol. It depends on the colors that you mix. If you mix blue, green and red for example you get white!

Edit: If you mix yellow and green you get sort of a greenish yellow color. Kinda like 561.

It seems unuseful for me yet. But im planning to get most weird colors by the time

Well, like all of Sanwu's laser, it does have reverse polarity protection, but thanks!

Sorry, been busy!

It's acting a bit weird. Sometimes it turns on just fine, but other times the button does nothing. I'm giving it time for the 'soft start' to kick in, but I dunno.

I'm putting the batteries in the right way, but I'm concerned that their protection circuit is making them too long, and thus making it so the spring on the tail cap pushes the battery so hard the positive button is etching the internal contact.

Granted, that didn't happen till I turned the safety mode off.. and I'm not running it longer than the recommended duty cycle.

I'm not sure if the positive contact is breaking, or if there's some feature on the driver I'm not aware of that's tripping me up.

Hi Elly,
Take your tailcap off and look inside it. There may be a screw in ring w/two holes in it holding the switch in. See if it loose
