+rep for the review. Looks like you put a good amount of time in making it as good as possible. I'm getting myself the 50mW version somewhere next week.

One question though. The photo of the dot, is it the dot that has a lot of splash or was it caused by the camera?

Its just the camera. The dot is really bright so I just did the best I could. And I'm using the Laserbee A

Alright, thanks. I forgot another question haha. The 26650 battery that you're using, is that a button top or flat top battery? Also, you might want to take a photo of the dot through goggles next time. It'll probably show up better.
