U can say whatever u want it dosent change the fact no reply= zero interest in a potential customer, yeah fine that boat already passed i ordered somewhere else already thanks to them funny because i wanted buy from them... And reading the post above me shows that im not exactly alone not getting replies and yet people can defend that is odd.

Wowow....

Did you ever think of the fact they might not be operating because of the Holidays?
Many companies in China do not operate during the winter holidays and completely *shutdown*, which LAZERER, being based in China most likely did.

And not being rude but please consider this tip:

Try writing the word "You" instead of "U". It makes reading sentences so much easier, and in turn makes you look more professional.

Thank you.

How do you know many Chinese companies close for the winter holidays? Have you done business with them? I have purchased lasers from Laserbtb and Dragonlasers in past years at this time of the year, and in my professional life I deal with companies from China and Taiwan all year long. They do close for a week or two during the Chinese New Year which isn't until the end of January. They do not close down for American holidays.

It is just a well known fact many companies do close for the "Chinese Holidays" which occur near December/January :)

What exactly are the "Chinese Holidays"? My company is owned and run by Chinese and I know what holidays they celebrate. Is just "a well known fact" known by you? Chinese businesses do not close in December, at least not real ones. But since you have over a thousand posts in a few months you must be an expert in everything.

Why do you feel the need to be rude? I am only trying to help him out :tired:

I have order from some companies before and some close during the holidays while orders don't. I was suggesting the fact his *might* have closed not that it did.

And I am not an expert in everything, im very new to the laser world and am learning everyday with the help of great members on this forum.

I am sorry if I am being rude but you should not give people advice on things that *might* be the case. In August 2012 I was new to the forum and was in the same situation as you and have learned a vast amount of knowledge from the forum. But I will never post any advice to anyone unless I am 100% sure about what I am talking about.
I have received MANY questions and PM's about topics I an knowledgeable in and have always given anyone who asks the answers to the best of my ability. If I am not 100% sure about something I stay quiet. Anyway enough of this. I am going to rep you +1 for your enthusiasm and your willingness to want to learn. Have a Happy Holidays

I will +1 you when the system lets me

Chinese New year is Jan 30th. Notwithstanding, whether they are on holiday or not they should still at least read & respond to a customer emails. Even if it is to say they're order will be delayed.

Don´t want to be rude or defend Lazerer, but what if he is in hospital or someone in his family had an accident? Do you still expect him to read all the mails and respond no matter what happened?

It´s like it is, but we do not know the reasons why he is not responding. There might be no interest but there might be also thousands other reasons. The point is, we don´t know just can speculate. Therefore we also can´t judge about why he is not replying nor it´s necessary to start a fight here.

Running a business cant affect if something bad happens to just 1 person can it, how does that make sense or is lazerer run by just 1 guy or? there should still be someone that can at least answer and yeah if they are on holidays it should have some automated info to your emails or make that visible on their page as it is now u dont know why they dont respond and that no matter if holiday or not does not make the company look very legit , am i supposed to know what country is on holidays or not? gimme a break im here to spend money on lasers not think about holidays.

Can you please have an open-mind and not post impecile replies? A lot of things can happen while running a buisness. Please get this stupid idea of someone always needs to answer or else they are uninterested with me.

This response to me is only justifiable if the *so-said* company never answered any e-mails and/or refused to reply if you wanted a refund for a bad unit/broken laser/ etc...

Yes, Lazerer is a one person company and he doesn´t make that much profit with these Lasers he can hire other people, so calm down. There are thousand other reasons why someone even can´t read the mails. You do not know and all you do is making assumptions and vague suppositions.

Well, I don't want to feed the fire with any arguments - just provide my current experience as it evolves. On 12.19.13 I ordered black flash paper. A bit later, early 12.20.13 (like late at night after 12pm my time) I received an email that my order was received, etc. I noticed the +44 phone number and said, "Whoops" didn't realize they were not in the US till then.

My wife and I are moving to a different part of Vegas the end of the month so I replied to the email AND I sent another message to them through their website with all my order info requesting the product be sent to my PO box instead. So that was over 48 hours ago and no reply to either message.

Interesting three notes;

1. At the bottom of the "your order was received" email he has this message:

"Please, dont dispute this charge, if you are not happy with the membership/product/service you have purchased, always contact us at support@hq-store.net and we will refund your transaction."

That message to me is a bit of a red flag as he must have a lot of disputes. Additionally, if you try that email address that he provided you get a bounce. At least I did. It's not a good address.

2. The company that I presume to be his credit card processor (based on the info in their email) are these guys - CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Says 24/7 support. Is that his site.....or???

3. They haven't billed my card, so other then an uncommunicative vendor, I have little to complain about.

Side Note: Not sure how anyone knows what his profit margins really are, but in the most populous country in the world (by far) I am sure he can find a little help when he needs it.

Will post an update when (if) I have one.
