Just received another apologies e-mail from rayfoss and promise of big discount on next purchase. Faona also said they will test their product more frequently before shipping out.
I'd like to make this clear that at least they care about customer service.

That is obviously a sweet lie. I would not take that bait. Never from Rayfoss, ever!

I've purchased from Rayfoss in the past. Problems did arise
on one of the purchases but Faona took care of it. It may take
some time since your dealing with a company on the other
side of the globe and in opposite time zones.

I'd still rather deal with Rayfoss or O-like or Lazerer than WL...

Personally I would put a lot more stock in a company apologizing in the form of a refund, or gift, as opposed to credit toward a future purchase.

I agree 100%! These websites like Rayfoss, O-Like and Lazerer because of their great prices, customer service and quality! Honestly, WL is crazy expensive! 300$ for a 1W 445nm... or 120$ for the same thing at Lazerer.

I hate it when companies give credit toward a future purchase. If I received broken, damaged, or sub-par goods from a company, I most certainly don't want to spend more money on more faulty merchandise.

I had read many of those same promises, still mistakes and carelessness still keeps repeating itself on many customers. Promise is one thing and enforcing on doing it is another thing.

The discount voucher that promised me on Free Laser Protective Goggle wasn't there when I received my goods. Faona said, I would give you a big discount on your next purchase. Does it sounds familiar?

The matter is.... I will never go back there. I would not risk my money or entrust to their promise. I would rather entrust my money to Laserbtb, Lazerer or Jetlasers.

Sorry for my overwhelming sentiment here :D
