Hello all, was browsing the net when i came across this. Its a DIY fume extractor ment for soldering, could be used for sucking up those fumes when burning :eg:
Just thought i'd post :)

It's a good idea but i like keeping the fumes around cause the beam shows up better in the smoke.

You do realize that the fumes are lead oxide and colophony (resin based flux) which are carcinogenic? I'm not sure if cigarette smoke is healthy :evil: but it should be better than inhaling lead. If I wanted any smoke, I'd just use a cigarette or a smoke maker. Hope you were being sarcastic...

whoops my bad:eek::eek: . I didnt really realise it was for soldering i thought he just meant for when you are burning with a laser.Maybe i should read properly and not skim.
