Personally I don't have a strong enough desire, and am too indecisive to get a tattoo, but I do not mind them on others at all, with the exception of blatantly offensive crap. Also really not a fan of piercings... though I have nothing against girls who get tongue piercings, nothing at all

Also, they are usually less permanent than tatoos as they will close back up leaving only a minute scar when you remove the piercing material.
