AWW, too bad ..... last police ticket i paid, was like, 17 or 18 years ago, i paid it with a supermarket bag filled with metal coins of all values ..... they mumbled and grumbled, but had to accept and count them ..... maybe now laws changed, i don't know.

My younger brother paid a ticket by sending an envelope filled with coins. Apparently he didn't count them very well before sending, or more likely the teller at the other end took some out spitefully, because when he appeared in court due to the warrant for not fully paying, the judge strongly expressed his displeasure over the payment method before insisting he pay up the few cents he was short.

I left a penny floating in a jar of mercury for a few weeks once, then came back to find the empty copper shell of a penny. Apparently there had been a small scratch through the copper and the mercury dissolved the zinc, forming an amalgam.

That would have sucked to count it all out

Almost one hour and half in 2 persons counting ..... and, you don't have idea, the efforts i made for all the time, keeping my face serious and innocent expression :eg:
