This is red lassers sections, sounds like a heat problem. The crystal may have moved.

I take it English isn't your native language? It's a bit hard to understand exactly the problems you're having with your laser.
Have you physically dropped it? Or does the power/brightness simply dim after a few seconds?
If it's a dimming problem the laser could be mode hopping or just normal (green lasers often output a bright surge in output power when they first get turned on)
