As a Newbie to the forum I was , I have noticed several acronyms used that I did not know, which caused me to :banghead: and get :drunk:. So I had to search the forum to try to identify these so I could understand what the experts were talking about. I created this thread to possibly help other NOOBS to understand laser terminology at LPF. I know that I most likely missed a few, so if you know of any please send me a PM and I will update my list. Hope this helps!

DDL - on LPF this actually means "Daedal" after the guy who first popularized the DDL driver's usage here.

Great :thanks: for the feed back, I have made the corrections. Please send the new acronyms by PM, that way the thread won't fill up.

Peace,
dave
