What diode and driver are you using. The heat sink is not really doing anything with the module sticking out like that.

I'm thinking that the module is somehow in the reflector... It's not glued in there is it?

What diode? There is quite a price difference between them. At 150mW a heat sink is a must. It looks like you glued it in the reflector.

this is just few Mw less than yours and 120$ less expensive than yours - the casing, - the shipping and - the extra mw i say 80$ dollars too much but that is just my opinion!

Where's the heat sink?
That laser is 90mw thats not just a few mw less. And its not even in a host.

Dude you can build those for under $30. + batteries, and host = $50 MAX.
I know this was just the first thing i found+ free shipping!

well the "special heat absorbing glue" isn't even covering the module!
So if you dont wanna buy it then stop posting. Im telling you that ive had it on for a long time to test it, it doesnt get at all hot and its been working for over a week. So if you wanna trust me but it, if not dont insult me with special absorbing glue in quotes.
