Ok my friend just bought one of these last week and he's already bored with it so he wants to sell it for $270 shipped....theres a few hours on it but it's still in like new condition :-/ (this is why I hate rich friends that are ADHD). If you want to use a middle man or something to test the actual output power and condition thats fine with me. it seems to be performing more than 119mW average though. it peaks near 140mW. (i got the powers off the sheet that he showed me). anyone interested? :-?

beam shot, that orb in the middle is the moon just so you can compare brightness...

I very much would LOOOVE to have this.  I've been very badly wanting to purchase the alpha to see how some of the features are made for incorporation into the Kryton Laser Barrel.  However, I'm unable to come up with the money.  As him if he'd take a Kryton Groove 150mw bluray in trade. If he's interested I'll pay for shipping on top.

IDK but I'll ask him, I don't think he even knows what that is lol. He's not very into lasers. He just saw I had one and just had to one up me...by a lot. From what I have seen on the Alpha I have no Idea why anyone would want to change it :p it's incredibly stable after it warms up for a few seconds (depending on what batteries your useing) we tried e^2 and enloop rechargeables and a few others. lithium ultimates did the best though. even when the batteries are below 1.2volts it still smokes wood and lights matches with ease (depending on what kind some don't light even with full batteries some light instantly 3 ft away) at 25 ft the dot is ~3/4 of an inch or so....idk much else about it he only let me play with it for a few minutes and let me take some pictures at night :'(

I already saw them and emailed him the links, he said he would much rather get cash if thats at all possible. maybe you could sell a few and then buy this? I might be able to work this out between you guys and see if you can get an agreement. (everything he owns now has his initials or some kind of burn mark lol ;D)

I looked again, it's back up again.  Good Luck!  BTW, isn't PP + ebay taking like ~10% of your total?  That would give you about $234 cash at the end.  ???
