custom phr labby's for sale

Hey guys, newheitz and myself made a few custom phr labbys
and we wanted to see if they would sell.
they do burn things very well and the beam is very visible during the night.
they arent super professionally made
because they were made from a radioshack project box.
which if anyone has taken a good look at them, are kinda scratched up. but besides that the lasers look great, they work great, and everything is ready. all you need to do is stick 2, 14500 3.7v batteries inside.
(which you can get from modwerx).
unfortunately, there is no heatsink but the
cooling fan so far has been enough.
iv tested out the laser to go for 10min straight without being turned off and it barely got hot.
the laser will 170 shipped.
a free dust cap will be included,
and real quick instructions
(i know non of the pics have the laser actually powered up but i have made sure it works. but if anyone wants to see a pic or vid of it workin that cool just ask )

they are set to 110mA
im not sure how many mW its puttin out cause i dont have a LPM
but, im pretty sure its easily 100mW

it took a while to learn how to keep it as clean as possible.

How do you make such clean holes in abs?

i would think he used a holesaw.

you can also use a deburring tool and/or use some heat if you want that extra zomg clean look after you drill out the hole.

Some kind of routing bit maybe? Looks great. What are the 3 switches on the back for?

haha its a funny story.
we took the housing off an old pc where there were little holes,
cut that piece out,
clamped them to the box,
and drilled away

the three switches on the back is to power every thing

I hate being the one to do this, but somebody has to . . . .

You need to go back through the B/S/T board to see how much a 100mW PHR laser is selling for here. I'm not saying it isn't a good build nor that it is not "worth" the price. I'm just saying that you are in a VERY cynical and experienced market here. You need to see if you want to sell your lasers here.

If you do, you will have to adjust your price to match the market. They are definitely worth more in another market.

i'll also add.. pushing your sale and bumping it as often as you are..

does not help, at least me, in wanting to purchase... feeling pressured into buying.. is a real turn off.

A phr in an aixiz module with a driver is maybe 40 shipped. If you add a box/batteries and fan you may be looking at 60+ shipping if you are lucky. I also dont want to be the one to do this but someone has to...Im sure it is a great build
