Hello everyone! I've been looking around this forum for a couple days because I was looking to buy my first laser. I bought one (THOR H series, 650nm, 200mW from laserpointerstore) and I feel like it's only fitting I join this community!

I'm also looking more into starting a laser hobby/collection, so any tips would be much appreciated :yh:

Little about me (so you know me), I'm from the States (southern), am a college student, and am apparently a fan of crappy sports teams lol.

(also I know to be VERY careful with lasers. Some people call me over cautious, but better safe than blind :p)

Welcome to the forum!

As a heads up to put you on a good start, you haven't done so, but try not to double post one under the other unless a decent amount of time has passed, some believe 48 hours, others a few hours but probably better to avoid that soon, edit instead. It's expected by many (I tend to give a guy a break, but not everyone does) if you have a question about something to do some research either inside, or outside the forum first, if you can't get the answer you need that way (or aren't using the right search terms causing the problem), then by all means, post your question here and the wet whipping noodles probably won't appear, if you say you did (truth or not).

Here's a tip - If you add lasers to your list of hobbies, and start collecting them, be prepared to have a lighter, thinner wallet! :D
