Have you heard of search first, ask second? Not trying to be rude but this is now your 3rd thread asking questions that have been discussed in great detail on this forum. This forum is not made or designed to spoon feed new members information because they are too lazy to search. if you are searching and coming up with nothing that means you aren't using the search properly
 
I agree with Livinloud, a little reading will do you good fatalas, you'll stumble across stuff you haven't seen and learn new things.

There is some demand... just not nearly enough. Wait until there's enough commercial demand to entice scientists to create direct yellow diodes :p
