Xenon Pocket Burner [Video Added]

I did this build but using Ultrafire WF-502B host. all listed items fit, and I feel the heat on my hand. However, can not get to burn paper. Any ideas and thoughts? Could it be the host?

When i point it at paper, i put at a close distance such that the light is focused on the paper well. But after 20+ seconds, no smoke .

Any ideas please?

Just to make sure, are you using 2x li-ion cells?

Can you post pictures of your build please? It'll help us figure out what's wrong.

I was thinking of doing this with my c1 but then I thought wouldn't it be easier to just buy a UltraFire 9p G90 Xenon 9V Torch? It uses 3 X ICR123A battery's Each with a Voltage of 3.0V. This would give you 9V for the 9 V bulb right? I think the lens is still 28mm for the ultrafire G90... Anybody know if this would work? I'm new here (noob=me)
