The smaller beam diameter a laser has, it will usually have a worse divergence, and vice-versa.
All units are different. Some may peak at 70mW, some may peak at 100mW, while some may not work at all. A reasonable guess would be ~75mW.
This also applies to the beams. Some may have a slightly bigger or smaller diameter.
In comparison (without taking peaks-just advertised power-into account), the X100 would appear around 20% brighter. Having a "solid" beam would depend on atmospheric conditions, such as fog or humidity.
