IIRC that's Nimrod's DIY meter build with the data logging PC interface.
A pretty accurate meter when setup as per his instructions.

but this one is guaranteed the output power when buying from techlasers you don't know what your getting ;D i've seen a lot of wayyy under spec lasers come from them, also shipping isn't cheap from them
