WTB: Red 250mW+ module

I am looking for one of two things:
1. A red diode in an aixiz with a rckstr or lava drive, it doesn't really matter. Should be 250+mW.

2. A diode in a "lab" heatsink, once again 250mW+, with any kind of reliable driver included, along with focusing lens and whatnot.

Depending on what you can give me, I am wiling to spend 25-35 dollars for a ~250mW, and more for higher powers.

Indeed. God, I miss him and his mass produced modules. WTH happened to him, does anyone know?

I dunno, he was gone for a like 5 days and then signed in on the 27th but didn't respond to his pms. He probably had 20 or so. Hope everything is okay.

Both he and his family are fine. He had to make some life choices. I miss him too, but he made the right choice.
