WTB: Osram PLT5 450B with a WL > 458nm

Hi I am looking for the Osram PLT5 450B diodes with a measured WL > 458nm at the nominal operating current. Alternatively also the Sharp GH04580A2G.

I'd like to help, but I don't know anyone binning these diodes for wavelength. I would have no use for several of these to do it myself. Good luck. :yh:

If they would cost some $ instead ~20$, I would buy a bunch of them myself, bin them and give away the rest....

I'd go with chinese suppliers, they sell them at less than $10.

There is a single mode 460nm diode but it cost like $300.
